Rural Route Seven Return Policy

We endeavour to provide the highest quality in items we make and curate.  If a product does not meet your expectations you may return it within 21 days of receiving your order for a full refund.   

Linens must be unused and unwashed; all other items must be unused and in original package. We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or candles.   

Linen - As with any natural textile, natural wear, shrinkage, fading or dye-lot variations are to be expected. We want you to love your purchase but if you're not satisfied, we'll do our best to accommodate.  

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned items.  We're not responsible for return shipping and aren't able to reimburse original shipping charges.  Returned items must be received within 14 days of approval of the return.
