Refund policy
We do our best to provide the highest quality possible in the items we make and curate. If for some reason a product does not meet your expectations you may return it within 21 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Linens must be unused and unwashed and all other items must be unused and in original package. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or candles.
Linen - As with any natural textile, natural wear, shrinkage, fading or dye-lot variations are to be expected. We want you to love your purchase but if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items. We are not responsible for return shipping on domestic or international orders and are not able to reimburse the original shipping charges. Returned items must be received within 14 days of approval of the return.
